 * After trying another “best free” backup app that not only didn’t work but has
   yet to refund my money, I found myself peeved and hunting for an alternative 
   solution.
 * With the free version of WPB2D installed, I ran into a minor hiccup and contacted
   the programmer. He responded quickly and walked me through a variety of known
   issues. I found the culprit and got things working, so I bought the compression
   and email add-ons.
 * Everything’s working great and I’m pleased.
