# Great plugin [includes feedback]

 * (Feedback: consider styling the “successful” and “failed” email notifications
   differently; they’re 99.9% identical and we went 3 weeks receiving “Backed Up:[
   Domain Name” emails thinking all was good before looking at the email and noticing
   that the latest status had changed to “The backup attempt has finished, apparently
   unsuccessfully”).
 * Great plugin, easy to setup, literally a no brainer to have running on your site
   and serve as a second backup solution!

 * Thank you for the feedback! When a backup fails, the email notification says 
   so in the subject, not just in the body. Is that not happening for you?

 * I’m afraid not – all notifications indicate “Backed up: [Website Name]” – here’s
   a screenshot of my inbox which illustrates how misleading it can be (for ref,
   the notifications with attachments are failed notifications).

       * Have not yet obtained an access token from Google - you need to authorise or re-authorise your connection to Google Drive. (Invalid request (refresh token not present).) (no_refresh_token)

 * Another example of it being misleading; it says “Backup is now completed” and
   then 2 lines later says “has finished, apparently unsuccessfully.”

   bug tracker to get this fixed, so that that final failure will show up as it 
   ought to.
