# GREAT Plugin – STELLAR Support

 * I’ve subscribe with WP-MailSMTP back in August of 2021. I have submitted only
   TWO Support ticket within that timeframe and BOTH times were problem I was having
   with GMail the first time and AmasonSES this current time (9-24-2024). NEITHER
   had anything to do with this plugin.
   Nonetheless, the Tech Support **(BOTH TIMES)**
   went above and beyond what they were required to do in trying to help me solve
   my problem to which they did successfully.I don’t remember the name of the tech
   for the first ticket as its been a long time. However, Patrick of WP-MailSMTP
   is my champion. He worked with me for over 3 days trying to help me identify 
   and resolve my issue I didn’t know if it was with them initially, GMAIL or AmazonSES.
   After sending him the email I received from WORDPRESS who alerted me that I was
   having a problem with mail not being delivered or receiving an error, Patrick
   was able to determine that it was coming from AmazonSES; that should have been
   the end of the story and the ticket should have been closed.I went to AWS for
   help and they directed me to their support forum which was pretty non-existent
   as I still didn’t know what the problem was or how to identify it.I went back
   to Patrick and ask him if there was any type of help he could give me to identify
   the problem, He had me go to a site called “mail-tester” to have my email route
   tracked ( for lack of a better term) and then send the report link to him to 
   look at. THAT WAS AN “AHA!” moment as we (HE) was able to PINPOINT the problem
   to a bad or non-existent SPF record as it were.By know he sense my novelty with
   all of this and took the liberty to look up some pages with AWS that would assist
   me with finding and installing the correct MX & TXT DNS records to which I did
   and VOILA’ my troubles were SOLVED.**THANK YOU Patrick & Team WP-MailSMTP**
