Great plugin – top notch support

I’ve not used the plugin much yet but it seems to do everything I wanted of it – i.e. track pages as per Google Analytics with the added benefit of tracking logged-in users.

The main reason for the five star review is the five star customer service. I emailed on Saturday with a question, got a reply Sunday. My reply to this was answered again within 24 hours and my question is entirely resolved.

It’s a product and service like this that makes me want to buy their add-ons just to support their work, though the extras offered by the add-ons make their purchase worthwhile anyway.
