Great plugins – great support

Up against a deadline and had meta data I needed to grab for an export but couldn’t figure out the correct PHP syntax to target the data I needed and get it into the CSV export. Raised a support ticket and had a speedy response with a lovely example PHP code snippet to get me on my way.

Purchased the full import/export suite back in June 2020 and they have been an absolute godsend. Thought I’d only use it for one project – now using them all the time. Recently had to address an issue on an e-commerce site with 15,000 products – these plugins really helped me plan and carry out a massive update with minimum stress.
