 * I cannot get this to work with TablePress. As soon as I choose which tables to
   apply the plugin to it stops working. Only way to get it to work again is to 
   delete and re-install the plugin and tick the “all tables” box.
 * Please could you tell me how you defined the table ids? I used #1, #120, #34 
   etc. but this does not work.
 * Does not look like it is tested in WP 4.7.3

 * No! I gave up and used the Responsive add-on to TablePress.
