# Green Button Doesn’t work

 * I have just uninstalled my old analytics plugin, installed Site Kit and can’t
   get past the green button that says “Sign in with Google”. I’m signed in with
   Gmail and Google Analytics in different tab. I tried refreshing pages, logging
   in and out of Google analytics, etc. But I can’t get past that green button.

   into this for you if you could please share the following information:

       to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see any [console errors](https://imgur.com/KyLAzgH) alongside the error
       message?
    3. Are you able to get past this stage after following the steps [here](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/troubleshooting/using-troubleshooting-mode/)
       while in troubleshooting mode?
