 * I want to create a page for each group: Group A, Group B, …
 * Each page will show the Group points, Group Matches and below them the predictor
   form.
 * Can you please tell me what are the short codes for this?
 * [world-cup-predictor tables=1 stage=n show_results=n] shows all the groups.
 * How do I specify which group to show?

 * the plugin created pages for Groups, Venues, Teams, etc.. are there short codes
   to create these? a Page that shows only the venues? only the teams? etc..
 * and is there a short code to create a table that only shows groups and results
   similar to what is on your plugin home page?
