At the top of the table that displays your plugins you will see a drop down that says Bulk Actions. Next to that is a button that says Apply. Next to that is text that says Groups: with a dropdown of your existing groups as well as an option to add a new group. Check the boxes next to the plugins in the table below and select Add To Group in the bulk actions dropdown. Select the group you want to add them to in the Group dropdown and hit apply.
