 * I’ve just set up Email Subscribers and for some reason all new subscribers are
   automatically put into a group called “Test”. I’ve created another group called“
   Subscribers” but the “Test” group still seems to be the default for new request
   coming in.
 * Please can you advise how to remove the “test” group and set the default?
 * Thanks

 * Hi,
 * If you are using the Email Subscribers widget please change the group into the
   widget to the new group you have created.
 * In case you are using the shortcode [email-subscribers namefield=”YES” desc=””
   group=”Public”] , here Public is the group name you can replace this with your
   group name which will resolve your issue.
 * Hope this helps you. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

 * I have already changed the group in the Widget to “Subscribers” but new subscribers
   are being added to the group “Test”?

 * Hi,
 * It is possible that you are using the shortcode which has the group name as Test
   assigned to it. Can you check that once?
 * If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please share your website/webpage URL with
   us via [this link](https://www.icegram.com/contact) so that we may look into
   the issue and help you further on this.

 * Hi Aditya,
 * I’m not using any shortcodes, just the Widget. The form is called “Subscribe
   to Updates” and is in the right hand sidebar.
 * Thanks

 * Hi,
 * This seems to be a very strange issue in that case.
 * I would love to investigate the issue on your site, but as per policy I cannot
