 * Hello!
    When a user responds with a “Guest” to someone’s comment, for example,#
   1 (the E-mail address input field is disabled), the author of comment #1 receives
   a notification that the site administrator has responded to him! Any user who
   responds to any comments from under the “Guest” is automatically transferred
   in the notification to the nickname in the administrator. How do I exclude the
   administrator’s nickname in notifications when commenting by unauthorized users?

 * [@litbes](https://wordpress.org/support/users/litbes/),
 * We’ve just checked your website and don’t see such an issue. Please disable the“
   [Use guest email to detect registered account](https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/user-authorization-and-profile-data/#use-guest-email-to-detect-registered-account)”
   option and try to use the incognito mode if you’re trying to reply as a guest.

 * The “Use guest email to discover a registered account” option was already disabled
   before I wrote to you.
    The problem is relevant at the time of the comment in
   response to another comment: in this case, the user receives a notification that
   the “Administrator” responded. If the Guest writes a comment under the post,
   there is no such problem.

 * I meant notifications that come to the user on the site, and not to the mail.
   The site has a notification system plugin installed, which worked perfectly with
   WordPress comments.
    And after installing wpDiscuz, notifications on the site
   began to come from admin, if a guest writes.

 * Please to contact the notification system plugin you’re currently using with
   this question.

 * The notification system plugin works perfectly with the WordPress commenting
   system.
    And with your plugin, notifications about Guest comments come not from
   the guest, but from the admin. In this case, is the problem in the notification
   system plugin that I have installed?

 * [@litbes](https://wordpress.org/support/users/litbes/),
 * It seems the plugin cannot handle the current user in AJAX request. We may only
   suggest you contact the plugin support with this question.
