Guests cannot select/buy a card | Remove fields?

Hi,
we recently started using the Pro version of the plugin. First of all: very good work. Unfortunately, it seems that the fields for the recipient only appear if a user is registered and logged in. What could be the error? Is there a way to completely disable the query of these fields?
Unfortunately, guests cannot buy a giftcard at the moment.I have already checked the “field-box” in the backend and looked for a solution among the other posts here. Unfortunately, it’s not working.
