    we recently started using the Pro version of the plugin. First of all: very good work. Unfortunately, it seems that the fields for the recipient only appear if a user is registered and logged in. What could be the error? Is there a way to completely disable the query of these fields?
    Unfortunately, guests cannot buy a giftcard at the moment.

    I have already checked the “field-box” in the backend and looked for a solution among the other posts here. Unfortunately, it’s not working.

    I’m sorry, but the author can’t have a conversation with any customers here. They are not allowed to, no one can.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
