 * Hello,
 * The following might help us to see what is happening:
    1. Go to the **Diagnostics** tab on the **Tools** page and download the PHP error
       logs near the bottom of the page. Paste them here if they aren’t too long and
       remove any sensitive info from any file paths if you want to keep them private.
       Alternatively if you would like to email them I can provide an email address
       for you.
    2. On the same **Diagnostics** page as above do you have any cron jobs listed apart
       from WordPress and Wordfence cron jobs?

 * Hi.
 * Thanks for the quick response.
 * 1. If you are referring the section below …
    **Log Files (Error messages from
   WordPress core, plugins, and themes)** …There is a message:
 * > No log files found.
 * (by the way debugging mode is not enabled)
 * 2. The cron jobs listed:
 * bsa_cron_views_stats (ad serving plugin)
    wp_scheduled_auto_draft_delete wordfence_hourly_cron
   wordfence_start_scheduled_scan wordfence_daily_cron wp_version_check wp_update_plugins
   wp_update_themes check_plugin_updates-stkit wp_scheduled_delete
 * Kind regards

 * Hello,
 * Thanks for the feedback. I have done some research and others have had this similar
   error code when SSL is implemented and affects wp-cron. However, I cannot find
   a reference of this error with Wordfence.
 * Have you recently switched to using SSL on your site and that is when you started
   seeing the error?
 * I would like you to enter this URL please, using your redacted example, just
   to see what the outcome is:
 * `https://www.mywebsite.com/?wordfence_syncAttackData=1`
 * Normally you should see a blank white page. Let me know what the outcome is before
   moving onto my next suggestion.
 * I noticed you have other crons running apart from WordpPress and Wordfence. Can
   you disable all other plugins apart from Wordfence and switch to a default WordPress
   theme. See if you are still receiving the error in your error logs.

 * Thanks for your time concerning my issue.
 * The SSL transition happened 4 months ago.
    Actually there were no real issues
   until the time change on 26 of March(I don’t think thats relevant though).
 * After visiting the URL you suggested(on my website) the was a blank page as you
   said.
 * Sadly to disable all other plugins and set the basic theme is not an option right
   now. It is a medium-high traffic website 24-7. I’ll keep that as last resort.
 * Kind Regards

 * Hello,
 * You’re welcome! I understand about the level of traffic and not wanting to disable
   plugins and change theme.
 * Were there any updates performed on the 26th that you know of?
 * Also have you asked your hosting provider if they can offer any insights?

 * No updates were done.
    Nothing was changed in code or database. Thats the weird
   part.
 * All security tools in debian (rkhunter, chkrootkit, ispprotect, fail2ban) returned
   clean results. Wordfence the same.
 * The hosting provider are really helpful(they gave 2 extra CPU cores and 2 extra
   GB of RAM for a week) to see if it was a bottleneck issue.
 * > I have done some research and others have had this similar error code when
   > SSL is implemented and affects wp-cron
 * I have checked that too but couldn’t find any solution from the community.
 * I’ll start disabling plugins one by one for 6 hours and see if the error occurs
   again.
 * I’ll report back either way

 * Hello,
 * Thanks for the information. It will be interesting to see what happens with the
   disabling of plugins.
