    Hi Jay,

    Can you FTP your .wpress file to wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/backups, restore it using the Backups section and let me know how it goes?

    Hi There,
    The normal import didn’t work for me so I tried the suggestion above.
    No luck.

    Hangs at 4%.
    Site is not imported (errors all over when checking the front end, and no access to Admin pages)

    My .wpress file is 172MB with over 4000 files.

    Both source and destination sites are running WP4.2.2

    The FTP/backup trick worked for me on a subfolder in the root directory (which was much further than I’d gotten using the typical file upload method), but then when trying to restore the backup straight in the root directory itself I got blocked by file permissions.

    Once those were taken care of, everything worked like it should!!
