# Hard Code Plugin into theme?

 * I am trying to hard code the featured posts widget plugin into my theme. Does
   anyone know how to do this?

 * That’s what I thought, but it didn’t seem to work. It broke my theme. I was wondering
   if anyone knew of a tutorial or something for this.

 * Which specific plugin is it you are trying to adapt into your theme? There are
   a few with similar names. You won;t get a specific tutorial, but there may be
   things you’d have to look out for such as paths to files.
 * Unless its a simple one-function plugin I wouldn’t bother adding it into the 
   theme – I would make it a required plugin and provide a link to it in the readme
   file for the theme
