# Hard Coding Admin URL Problem

 * This plugin has hard coded the admin URL. For those that have changed the admin
   URL, it is causing errors. Is there any way to make it more compatible for those
   that have changed the admin URL?

   You can use a custom wp-admin path. Ideally, before changing the path or your
   standard site URL, you [should reset the plugin first](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/using-site-kit/reset/).
   Even without resetting, Site Kit does usually recognize a URL change and help
   users with the set up process to update all site URL records.

   along with any error message you’re encountering. Hopefully we can then assist
