    I tried to translate the plugin but looks like “Book an appointment” text
   is hard-coded somewhere, I get this on booking page (booking is disable temporary)

 * that string it’s not hard coded, please try to deactivate and delete Salon Booking
   and install it again – we’ve updated the .pot file.

 * Hi,
 * same problem here. The solution you posted is not working, i deletet it and uploadet
   it again. Same problem.
 * Even the line “Book an appointment” cant be find in the salon-booking-system.

 * Okay … i replaced the data in language with the data from free version – worked!
