# Hardcoding Category List

 * I’d like to hardcode a list of post excerpts (all of a specific category) inside
   a div of my template. Does anyone know the code for this?
 * Also is there a way to add tags at the beginning/end of the list, like you would
   do for a widget in the functions.php file?
