# Have different forms

 * Hello,
    I’m using this plugin to put the forms in posts where users enter data
   to participating promotions. I need to manage multiple forms, how can I do this?

 * I just create a folder “templates” in the theme directory, duplicated the pdb
   file-signup-default.php and renamed to pdb-promo1-default.php and put in the 
   new folder (theme/templates).
 * Now I want to know how I define the fields for each form (template) and how to
   publish them?
