# Havin problem with BB Button

 * Hello, I have a big problem here. My webpage doesn´t work.
 * First I couldn’t access to the wp-admin, I checked I have to deactivate the Contact
   Form 7 Plugin, I checked that this plugin and the renowise child theme couldn’t
   be active at the same time, then I deactivate the contact form 7 pluging and 
   activate the child theme again, but now I can see the home page lost the config
   and trying to personilize the home page I got an error that says add the Edit
   the widget: BB button add the widget bb button . So what can I do?

 * Please make sure to have the latest Bold Builder version (and premium theme as
   well). Test BB plugin with some WordPress theme ( eg. Twenty** **Nineteen).
 * Regarding your theme – enable parent theme also and test it, perhaps your child
   theme is causing the issue.
 * If the theme is the problem, than please[ contact theme support](https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/).
