 * Could you kindly share a step tutorial such as image steps or video tutorial 
   on how this works I keep having Ownership verification failed

   your feedback. Apparently, Google recently changed the way to verify sites. I’ll
   look up this issue, will update the installation instructions and will let you
   know once I’ve done that. 😉
