Having issues using this plugin

I have several different programs i want to set google hangouts

the code is not carrying thru for all these domains

and I am not sure how to deal with it when the referral id is in front of the domain ie

http://username/smartmediatecnologies.com

and then other referral ids are slightly different

ie….

http://ultimatecycler.com/ref/username

http://www.littletickettowealth.com/?id=username

http://www.levelonenetwork.com/username/join/

http://www.rocketcashcycler.com/join/username

where username in all of tese examples is the referral id for that program
