 * I’m using 2.1.2 and I need to upgrade. For whatever reason, my host, blue host,
   can’t find the directory to do an automatic upgrade, so I guess I’m going to
   have to do it via the FTP.
 * I’ve seen the upgrade instructions but I’m not sure that I follow.
 * I’ve backed up a copy of my directory via bluehost. But I think I also need to
   upgrade the database, but the instructions bluehost gave don’t seem to be working.
 * Anyway, what’s the best way to upgrade? Can I just upload some files to a certain
   directory in the FTP? How do I save the folders with stuff I need and make sure
   they’re not overwritten?
 * Any help appreciated.
