Having problems uploading pics

Good afternoon,

I hope this email finds you well. I’m having problems with the new version 5.5. I can’t add any media (pics or videos) in my posts. Every week, we post news, publications and more.

For each news, we add pics in 2 sections: Inside the “news” and for the presentation of the news (featured image). I’m having problems with both of them.

Regarding to the option “featured image”, when I try to upload a pic, that take me to another page and I can’t back to the news that I need to publish. With the old version, I didn’t have these inconveniences, it was easier.

I hope you can help me with those issues. I looking forward to hearing from you.
