Headedr Upload

Hi,

I would like to upload a flash header to my blog, theme “intrepidity”. After editing the .text file, the instructions are:

1) Copy and paste the .SWF file to your header section, exactly where you want it to appear.

2) The last step is to upload your modified TEXT and the SWF file to the main HTML directory ( where you have your home page), then your new flash header will start to play! …. Done.

What is the best way to accomplish this using this version of wp and this theme?
