 * Is there anyway I could change the header to be solid white instead of transparent
   and then white?

   => Customize => Additional css** and add the following css
 *     ```
       .menu-label, .contact-info-top a,  .search-content-wrapper-top #search-toggle a, .site-description, .menu-toggle .fa, .menu-close .fa, .site-title a, .site-title a:hover, .site-title a:focus {
        	color:#521841;
        }
       .menu-toggle .fa, .menu-close .fa {
       	border:1px solid #521841;
       }
       #masthead{
       	background-color:#fff !important;
       }
       ```
