 * Hello!
 * I am testing Give for a website and I am having trouble with the header/slider
   in the form page. A black slider is displayed and I can’t see the full text of
   the form.

 *  I tried to change the revolution slider but it only gives me the option to choose
   the default slider.
 * I am using Uncode theme.

 * This looks like your theme has some custom markup that is not being applied to
   the Give page. Have you tried inserting the Give form into a normal page with
   our shortcode? Most likely you won’t have a problem there.
 * So here’s your options:
 * 1) Use the shortcode on normal pages instead
    2) Send me a ZIP of your theme 
   via our contact form: [https://givewp.com/contact](https://givewp.com/contact)—
   I’ll take a look and I can provide you with a custom snippet to make our forms
   inherit the theme page styles better.
