 * Trying get a cart count to display in my header bar.
 * I’m adding a shortcode to the content section but no shotcodes seem to work, 
   the html works fine.
 * Please Help

 * Shortcodes should work fine. What option are you adding it to specifically and
   have you checked the shortcode works outside of my plugin too?
 * What are you seeing instead of the shortcode?
