# Header does not appear – when published

 * In word press my menu Header and Menus are there ( I can see them) however with
   any published (public) site, the menu and header section do not appear.
 * How to fix?

 * In order to help we need you to follow the steps below.
 * Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site
   info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/header-does-not-appear-when-published/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
 * Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export
   File and then send this file to our email – [royalelementoraddons@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/header-does-not-appear-when-published/royalelementoraddons@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   as well
