Header doesn't work anymore

Hi all! i have some trouble with page speed insight and tried the plug in but after installing it my site’s header does not work properly anymore, the main menu disappears with both Firefox and Chrome and Smart Slideshow Widget stops working.
i get even this warning: “the google maps server rejected your request. The sensor parameter specified in the request must be set to either tru or false” and from chrome’s consol i get this:

I already tried to disable “detect script tag in wp_head or footer” but it doesn’t work. if i stop the plug in nothing works properly anymore. i fear the CSS got screwed. Could it be?
