    Hi,

I’ve created a single product template and editited is uting elementor and whilst the on-screen display has no resemblance to the final output it works.

When I try to do the same for the ‘Shop’ page, I lose the header image in elementor (as I did for the single product) but it also does not load on the actual page once the template is applied.

I am using the free version at the moment until I am sure I like it and happy to pay for it.

I use Hash Themes Square Plus for my main site theme.

    Cheers

    Rebekah

    Hi Rebekah,

Thank you very much for getting in touch with us. I greatly appreciate you for giving our plugin a try 🙂

I have thoroughly read your message and reviewed the page you shared.

About the header image getting lost:

This sort of issue usually occurs when the “Elementor Canvas” page layout is selected in the settings marked in the screenshot below:

Could you please check whether you have built the single product template using the “Elementor Canvas” page layout? If yes, please consider choosing the “Elementor Full Width” layout instead.

Hopefully, it will solve the issue.

About the template not being loaded on the actual page:

With due respect, the templates may not have been applied properly. Therefore, it would be great if you could open a ticket on our support center.

This way, our support team can investigate the issue further and provide you with an effective solution.

    Hope this helps!

    Best regards,
    Tarek Aziz
