# Header goes missing when I create a template

 * Hi,
 * I’ve created a single product template and editited is uting elementor and whilst
   the on-screen display has no resemblance to the final output it works.
 * When I try to do the same for the ‘Shop’ page, I lose the header image in elementor(
   as I did for the single product) but it also does not load on the actual page
   once the template is applied.
 * I am using the free version at the moment until I am sure I like it and happy
   to pay for it.
 * I use Hash Themes Square Plus for my main site theme.

   usually occurs when the “**Elementor Canvas**” page layout is selected in the

   Could you please check whether you have built the single product template using
   the “**Elementor Canvas**” page layout? If yes, please consider choosing the “**
   Elementor Full Width**” layout instead.Hopefully, it will solve the issue.**About
   the template not being loaded on the actual page:**With due respect, the templates
   may not have been applied properly. Therefore, it would be great if you could
