All paths should be complete, i.e. start with https and the site name in the email. I suspect that the image is not displaying because the path is relative, i.e. instead of [https://example.com/image.png](https://example.com/image.png) it is just ./image.png. And both plugins create, manage and send messages independently of each other. * If you want to add an image to a WooCommerce-generated message, you need to modify the WooCommerce email template. Their support advised me to check with a default .htaccess file. So I decided to backtrack and start there.
