You can not see the image responsive as it is a parallax image.
For adjusting that, you need to add the following CSS in the Custom CSS for your theme:
.home .banner {
background-size: 100% auto !important;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
@media screen and (max-width:848px){
.home .banner {
padding: 55px 0;
}}
@media screen and (max-width:548px){
.home .banner {
padding: 25px 0;
}}
