# header menu dropdown problems

 * Hi,
    i’ve got some trouble getting my menu to work in make theme. i’m working
   on my hobby page wasted-lands.de. the problem is: i’m using the header menu as
   site navigation, but the dropdown function is not working. i added some main 
   items and some sub items to the menu, but i just can click the main items. hovering
   over the menu, or even clicking doen’t open the sub menu entries. i would be 
   very thankful, if someone could help me. i’m not totally new to wordpress, but
   i have not much knowledge about coding or css. the only active plugins at the
   moment are next gen gallery and sticky menu. turning them off doesn’t change 
   anything.

 * The menu in the header bar does not support drop-downs. If you want to use drop-
   downs, we recommend you set your menu in the primary menu location.

    i solved the issue by using a menu plugin.
