Header Menu – Removing Transparency & Adding Border

Hi,

My site is here:

I’m trying to remove the initial menu transparency that comes as standard on Sydney (the menu should be dark instead, like it is on other pages) and also I want to add a blue border to the lower edge of the menu.

I’ve tried replacing everywhere that it says “transparent” in the style.css file with the relevant colour code (& hitting “update file”), but haven’t noticed any of them causing any difference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
