 * How on earth do I add a header to an existing page? It’s driving me potty. It’s
   appearing on new pages, but not existing ones, very frustrating.

 * Using Optimize press theme and it’s version 3.5.1. Yes, sorry a header image.
   I’ve applied it and it shows on new pages but I can’t get it to show on previously
   published pages.

 * general, check if there are any requirements for the image to appear in the header,
   such as minimal size…
