Header problems with custom plugin

Right, now I’ve deleted all of the white spaces and saved it as UTF-8 on notepad, but when I activatethe plugin, it still comes up as The plugin generated 3 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin. My code is here: http://pastebin.com/BkTC6QK3 .
