It has ruined the entire look we had created on both desktop and mobile versions. It is very difficult to customize and has a lot of glitches. But now it works with 1.81. I did update again, cleared cash, stayed logged in to wp-admin, and the header appeared again two times. But in my case I had to logout from wp-admin. The font sizes are all messed up now and there is no longer a way to fix that. Mobile Google search shows a different icon now next to the website address. It’s also the same on the sitemap.xml page. None of the above solutions worked for me and I’m now attempting to restore my client’s site from a backup with my fingers crossed that it’ll work. If not, I may find myself re-constructing the site altogether. Not looking forward to explaining this mess to her! * This is incredibly disappointing. Sydney has been my go-to theme for so many sites and this update is an absolute dumpster fire. Bad move, guys, really bad. Hope you’ll do better in the future.
