 * Is there any way to get data from Heart This? Such as which posts have the most
   hearts, data on the people that actually hearted, etc.

 * Hey there! There’s no data collection done by HeartThis, so information about
   people hearting wouldn’t be possible.
 * As for most hearts, there’s a widget bundled with the plugin that displays the
   most hearted posts.
 * The value for popularity is stored in the hearts_post field in postmeta in the
   database.
 * I’d recommend taking a look at includes/widgets/views/display-popular-posts.php
   in the plugin for more information about finding most-hearted posts.
