# Hello

 * I have an issue with this plugin. On my simple personal website, it works well.
   I just have to buy the pro version to have the option I want.
 * The thing is on the professional website, the pop up doesn’t show up.
    Any ideas.

 * Hey there IT.LFT,
 * Hope you’re doing well today!
 * There could be multiple reasons for the Popup not showing up, such as plugin 
   conflict, Js conflict, caching, etc.
 * Most common solution is to change the loading method which you can do via:
 * Popup > Settings.
 * Try Page Footer 🙂
