Hellp me PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

I justed messed up my site somehow,

Could someone help fix. PLEASE 🙂

i WENT TO CHANGE THE WP_ prefix in the db and I changed it doing a mass replace bit it didnt work,

SO, I restored the old DB and now , ALL my pages get a 404 and my admin panel gives me a message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Could someone please help me, This is a live site and I screwed myslef bad.
