 * [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) into your site (or use whatever
   file management application your host provides) and delete or rename the wp-content/
   plugins/buddypress folder.

 * Open the file at that path and check lines 246-248 for the ‘<‘ and try taking
   it out. Note to remember where it went if you need to put it back in case it 
   doesn’t work for you.
