# HELP!!

 * Hi, I was directed to WP by Netregistry in order to create a website for my business.
   I’ve been trying to download the program however it doesn’t seem to open anything.
 * I’m new to this whole creating a website. It maybe something very simple however
   I’m having trouble “unzipping” the file. If someone can help me with simple english
   that would be great!

 * You would need any zip software to uncompress the zip file. For example, you 
   can find it here:
 * [http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.php?action=s&st=zip](http://www.snapfiles.com/downloadfind.php?action=s&st=zip)
 * Most them are trail versions, but you can still use it to unzip WordPress. Here
   is a nice free one:

 * You would also need a FTP client software to upload to your hosting site. Here

 * or you could the really easy route and get hosting somewhere that has a one click
   install that does all of that heavy lifting for you and then you get a shiny 
   new site to play with. i’d do a lot of reading around html, css, php, web servers,
   hosting, domains etc before you set up your own site. it’s easy when you know
   how but a minefield if you don’t
