 * Help! I accidentally changed both URLs in the settings and now I can’t get to
   the login page for the website. I changed it from sphsrobot.com to sphsrobottest.
   com. I wasn’t the one who created the website, so I don’t think I have access
   to phpMyadmin. All I had access to was the website and sphsrobot.com/wp-admin.
   How can I get back to my website to change the URL?
    P.S: I am doing a favor 
   for a friend so I am using his login. I don’t know the host or the phpMyadmin.
   I really need help!
