 * Please I am sorry this is my first post {I think} and my website has just gone?
   I have done all the things support have said about plug ins etc and its still
   blank – [my website](http://hertfordshireeventphotography.co.uk)
 * I have customers screaming at me and its getting very upsetting. I am happy to
   let someone in and take a look at the site for me as im at my wits end.

 * Looks like php error. Were you modifying PHP by any chance? Or htaccess file?

 * ok sorry wrote in a bit of a panic
 * I was called to say the website wasnt working loaded up and its just blank.
 * I am with just host and they said to disable plugins and i have by naming the
   folder etc
 * apart from that I have not installed or touched the website
 * and i am not very code minded but i fear it may have been hacked ?
 * any help appreciated

 * not touched the site – it gets a lot of spam so i fear i have taken a hit

 * Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name
   using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from 
   a **fresh** download of WordPress.
 * – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
