 * Hi, I’m trying to get the plugin working but I haven’t been able to get live 
   rates for my sales. I really don’t know what’s wrong. Maybe configuration in 
   products?
 * I get this information from the debug 
 * USPS DEBUG MODE IS ON – TO HIDE THESE MESSAGES, TURN DEBUG MODE OFF IN THE SETTINGS.

   use the 12-digit alphanumerical number, provided by the USPS team, under the
