# Help finding a plugin

 * Hello,
 * I’m trying to find a plugin I’ve seen on other sites that allows the user browsing
   the site to mouse over a picture and blurb of text – which changes the background
   of the blurb and when you click on it it brings you to a particular post.

 * Not sure if there are others you’d recommend or if there is something free that
