 * I want to make a website like with this structure:
 * About Us (page)
    Internet (page with custom template that displays posts from
   a custom post type named “Internet”) – ADSL (will display list of adsl internet.
   A page?) – Wireless (will display list of wireless internet. A page?)

 * What is the best solution for a structure like this?
    I will also have other 
   top-level pages which will display a list from another custom post type.

 * What do you mean by what is the best solution? WordPress already allows for subpages,
   when creating the subpage just define the parent page and it will do everything
   else.
 * If you are referring to how your site will look, that all entirely depends on
   what theme you choose and how it displays subpages.

 * No I don’t mean how the site will look.
    What I mean is for example, is it good
   to create a blank page just so I can select the page template?
