Help formatting date

I need to customize the output for dates and times. I’ve got it basically where I want it – here is what it currently looks like:

@ 10:00 AM –

I simply need to eliminate the @ and the – so that all I’m left with is:

10:00 AM

How do I do this, please and thank you!
